This step-by-step approach breaks down the problem into smaller manageable parts and makes the whole process easier and feasible.

Ok, you now have your plan, what’s next. The next step is the difficult part of the process and it is the part where you actually need to implement the plan. These are the characteristics of all people who are able to get ripped abs.

They have the courage to consistently follow a process that regulates what they eat and how to spend their time, they have lots of patience because the results may take long to come and they have high levels of willpower because it takes sacrifices and lifestyle changes not only to form the six-pack but most importantly to maintain it for a long time. This may sound a bit difficult and it actually is at the beginning but once you get used to a certain lifestyle everything else becomes easier.

The trickiest part is to get through the first couple of weeks because this is where you will have to adjust to the changes. After that and especially as soon as the results become visible you will find the power to continue. A nice trick that can always help you get through is to imagine yourself after you form your six-pack. Visualize your body and belly and think how good you will feel. Carry this feeling with you and utilize it during the tough periods. Do not forget that if someone else can have a six-pack then there is no reason why you cannot.
